I am thankful to a person who came into my life when I was in High School. I was born to a Muslim mother and an egnostic Christian raised father. My mother spent much attention teaching me about spirtituality, however, I never felt connected to God in any real way, that is until, this person came into my life and asked me if I would like to teach Sunday school with her. I accepted and it wasn't long that I put my faith in Christ.
I am by no means a perfect person. I like all, have stumbled in my faith and fallen; but my goal for 2013 and here on out is to pour myself into Christ and let go. To give him full attention. To listen and to be a wonderful wife and mother through Christ.
